- The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(a)–(d) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Your personal data are processed because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with the Controller, the subject of which is the performance of specified works, construction works, or the provision of other services commissioned to the Controller (and failure to provide them may make it impossible to perform the subject of the concluded contract for you or to conduct and respond to your correspondence), including to:
- handle inquiries that you submit through the form available on the Controller's website at cskl.pl/kontakt
- contact you for purposes related to handling the inquiries referred to in point (a),
- Your personal data are also processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interests, which include ensuring the security of the services provided, handling concluded contracts, debt collection, conducting court proceedings, storing data for archival purposes, fulfilling public-law obligations, and ensuring accountability (demonstrating that the Controller has fulfilled obligations arising from legal provisions).
- Your personal data are processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to establish cooperation, respond to inquiries submitted in any form, conclude and perform contracts with the Controller, or perform commissioned services, record concluded contracts, contact you in connection with contract performance, archival purposes regarding information about served clients, settlement of contracts, as well as for potential debt collection and pursuing claims in court, and for marketing purposes, including presenting offers for commissioned services — in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
- Your personal data are also processed for tax and accounting purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations and the need to pay relevant public-law charges.
- The Controller processes personal data obtained from you in connection with services commissioned, inquiries sent, or contracts concluded, or obtained as the other party to contracts concluded with other entities (not directly from the data subjects), or from court or other out-of-court proceedings.
- The Controller also processes your personal data to the extent they are made available by publicly accessible sources, i.e. obtained, among others, from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) and the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEiDG).
- Recipients of your personal data include employees and collaborators of the Controller (regardless of the legal form of cooperation), persons providing services to the Controller (including, among others, legal, accounting, IT, and translation services), and entities related (capital-wise or personally) to the Controller. - request rectification of your personal data from the Controller,
- request erasure of your personal data from the Controller,
- request restriction of processing of your personal data from the Controller,
- object to the processing of your personal data,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent to the processing by the Controller of your personal data necessary to perform a contract may result in termination of its performance and provision of services, of which you will be promptly informed by the Controller.
- The rights listed in point 13), addressed to the Controller, may be exercised by contacting the Controller using the details provided in point 1).
- The Controller makes every effort to ensure physical, technical, and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The Controller may make automated decisions based on your personal data, including profiling referred to in Article 22 of the GDPR.
